About this site

When I was a teenager, there was not much more than music in my life. I started a band together with Mats, Benny and Peter, and the weekends were used for rehearsing. After some time,  Mats and I went our own way and together recorded a LP in 1976.

Suddenly, I found myself grown up and supposed to be responsible. My dream was to become a studio technician, but was advised by my parents to get a university degree instead. So, I studied medicine and later became a surgeon. Worked long hours, while at the same time getting married and blessed with three wonderful children. There was no time for music in those years, and this is something that I really missed.

The marriage ended with a divorce when the children left home. Now, some years later, I have retired from my medical duties and there is again time for music. It may have been a sign from above, when vinyl enthusiasts worldwide started to contact me and Mats Lodén about our old LP from 1976.

Now music has a place in my life again. On this site you will find a brief history of the original band (Early years) and the re-release of the old home-made LP (Rebecca remasters). In addition, there are recordings from recent years. There are three new recordings with the original band (Re:becca) – as well as solo projects in collaboration with some very talented musicians (Lars Lundberg).

There are many ways to listen to the music. If you already have a Spotify account, you may go straight to my artist page (click here). Otherwise, listen to the entire album “Lyckorna” (2020) on Youtube. Yoy may also use the links on the right side of this page.
